REGISTRATION > Registration InformationThe deadline for early bird registration is 24 July 2025. The full fee will be applied after July 24th, 2025. To ensure your paper is included in the program, you must make registration by 19 September 2025. The fee for attendance includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and the gala dinner. Early bird fee (Payment until 24 July 2025)

The accompanying person fee: €150 (this fee is intended for the person who wants to accompany a participant to the conference's gala dinner, but who will NOT be participating in the scientific program) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE To register for the conference, please click ONLINE REGISTRATION, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact us via email at vsbf2025@sciencesconf.org. PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES By Credit Cards: You will automatically get a ticket which will allow you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. The bank details are given during the online registration process. Please indicate "VSBF2025-YOURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to the email address: vsbf2025@sciencesconf.org. Bank charges have to be paid at your expense. REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw before the registration deadline of 19 September 2025. No refunds are available on or after that date. |
